The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has profound impact on every aspect of our lives. A case study was carried out by the presenter to examine users’ activities and usage patterns associated with electronic resources before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through examining EZproxy log files, the presenter leveraged visualization tools to show preliminary results of the users’ activities and usage patterns which reveal hidden information to librarians and can be useful for librarians to manage electronic resources.en_US
